Seprion Ligand EIA

PROTEIN AGGREGATION PRODUCTS CalBioreagents is the North American distributor for the Microsens Seprion Technology products for the separation and detection of protein aggregates.  The Seprion products are based on synthetic ligands that bind to protein aggregates.  These ligands can be applied to the detection of protein aggregates in diseases such as Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies （TSEs） or prion diseases （BSE or Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease）.  Seprion products are also applicable to other protein aggregation diseases such as Alzheimers Disease, Parkinsons Disease, and Huntingtons Disease.  Detailed information on our Microsens Seprion products can be found here.

ID PROTEIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES Our Id Protein （Id = Inhibition of DNA binding） product line is a series of Rabbit Monoclonal anibodies developed against Human and Mouse Id1, Id2, Id3, and Id4.  Id proteins act as a negative regulator of transcription and Id1 and Id3 may play a central role in angiogenesis.  These reagents are suitable for IHC with formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues and for Western Blot.  Detailed information on our ten separate clones can be found on our Id Protein Products page here.
